DURALINER™ & FUSIBLE PVC™
NPL is now a licensee with Underground Solutions, Inc. The expands NPL's already extensive customer service menu of offerings to include Duraliner™ and Fusible PVC™.
Duraliner™ is a unique patented process which allows for the replacement of deteriorated water lines and other pressure pipes with minimal excavation. It is the only pipeline renewal system resulting in a "stand alone" structural lining capable of handling internal minimum operation pressures of 150 psi with a 3.2 safety factor. Duraliner™ conforms to NSF 61 Standards for Drinking Water Components/Health Effects. The Duraliner™ Water Line Replacement System allows municipalities to completely rehabilitate deteriorated underground water lines with minimal excavation resulting in a substantial cost savings over conventional "dig and replace" methods.
Fusible C-900™, Fusible C-905™ and Fusible PVC™ are patent-pending products recently developed and introduced by Underground Solutions. These products cover a full range of piping diameters from 4 inch to 48 inch to provide the only available method of installing a continuous, monolithic, gasket-free PVC pipe or conduit capable of being used in numerous trenchless (no-dig) or conventional "open-cut" application. Applications for this revolutionary technology cover every aspect of piping installations including both pressure and non-pressure situation in the gas, water, sewer, electric, industrial and telecommunications industries.
